Basake Holy Stars haven’t been bad against Central Region clubs in this season’s campaign after picking three wins and a draw in seven games.
In their most recent trip to the region, Coach Nketiah’s team earned a point in a game against Kenpong Football Academy in Swedru.
Meanwhile, the club lost their previous two league games in Central Region (1-0 to Ebusua Dwarfs at Robert Mensah Stadium and 1-0 to West Africa Football Academy in Gomoa Feteh).
On the league standings, Basake Holy Stars currently occupy the 10th spot with 20 points, whilst Soccer Intellectuals are in 12th position with 19 points, a point separating the two sides.
