Belgium tactician and head coach of the Congo national team, Paul Put, has expressed interest in becoming the National team head coach of Zambia, the Chipolopolo.
Football Association of Zambia (FAZ), announced last month that Zambia national team coach Croatian, Aljosa Asanovic, resigned, and since then, the national team head coach position has been vacant.
Paul is set to resign from the Congo national team and starts negotiations with the F.A.Z to become the new coach for Chipolopolo.
The 66-year-old was the head coach of the Stallions of Burkina Faso between 2012-2015, where he led the Stallions to the finals of the African cup of Nations in 2013 and lost to Nigeria.
He has also managed the Kenya National team, Guinea, Gambia and Jordan.
More than 20 foreign coaches have expressed interest in becoming the head coach of the Zambia National team.
