Director of Soccer Scouting Agency, Mr Stephen Akwowe, has called on the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to initiate strategies that will enable the Black Stars to replicate the 2010 World Cup performance in Qatar 2022 Mundial.
Ghana shocked the World by reaching the Quarter Finals of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, losing to Uruguay on penalties.
Mr Akwowe Stephen said; “Ghana Football Association (GFA) should put measures in place to put Ghana on the World Map like the 2010 World Cup in South Africa,”
The astute Football Administrator spoke about the recent abysmal performances of our national teams in various competitions and believes that has affected the domestic league.
“Our Recent International Tournament is not favouring us as a Football Nation both Local and Foreign, which has affected our Leagues as a country,”
Mr Akwowe Stephen feels there’s a need for the Ghana Football Association to multiply its plans for the team’s preparation for the World Cup.
“We have quality players, and I believe if the Ghana Football Association (GFA) will put proper measures in place before the Qatar 2022 World Cup, the name of Ghana will be recognized once again,”
The Director of the Soccer Scouting Agency made this known in a Facebook post cited by Adolfmedia.com.
