RULE 1: REGISTRATION
⦁ Clause 1. All teams should make their payment of affiliation fees of GHC 200.00 to the Organizers before the close of 20th December 2022.
⦁ Clause 2. A team must register its players for a fee of GHC 3.00 per player for a minimum number of 20 and a maximum of 26.
⦁ Clause 3. The deadline for player registrations is Tuesday, December, 2022. Note, there will be no Late registration.
⦁ Clause 4. Registration cards will be issued to players. If a player does not have a card, he is not eligible to play.
RULE 2: TEAMS AND MATCHES
⦁ Clause 1. All teams participating should report at the opening ceremony of the tournament. Failure to do so will cause a penalty of GHC 10.00.
⦁ Clause 2. Every team will have to present at least 2 sets of Jerseys representing home and away kits if possible third option kits.
⦁ Clause 3. Teams should report 15 minutes before Kick Off for prematch.
⦁ Clause 4 – Teams should provide their first aid boxes at the prematch to ensure the safekeeping of players on the pitch and off the pitch.
RULE 3: OFFICIALS
⦁ Clause 1. A team has the right to petition against a referee 20 minutes before the game or 20 minutes after the game. Forms will be available at the high table which will attract a fee of Ghc 5.
⦁ Clause 2. Any form of protest should be submitted officially on a protest form which will also attract a fee GHC 5.
⦁ Clause 3. The outcome of the protest should be discussed before the next match of any of the involved clubs.
RULE 4: PLAYERS & STAFF
⦁ Clause 1. A player is fined a fee of GH Cedis 2.00 for any yellow card accumulated and GH Cedis 5.00 for a red card in a game.
⦁ Clause 2. A red card holds a ban of the next game and if violently, the high table decides on additional ban games.
⦁ Clause 3. Any player/staff who attacks an official shall be held responsible, if a whole team is, they are automatically disqualified from the tournament without any refunds.
RULE 5: SPECTATORS/SUPPORTERS
⦁ Clause 1. Any person who shall misbehave (fights or attacks) on the pitch during the tournament shall be handed over to the police.
⦁ Clause 2. Any spectator or supporter who attacks an official will be handed over to the police and moreover cause harm to his supporting club.
⦁ NOTE: All misunderstandings should officially complain about through a petition or protest.
⦁ Again all payments/fines must be settled on time. Failure to obey any of the above rules is punishable.
